1. Where can I find Nexvioaan?

 We are located in Sylvania, Georgia, in the United States.  Our U.S. fulfillment centers handle all orders and ship them out.

 2. Do you send things to other countries?

 Yes!  We are proud to ship all over the world.  All standard deliveries come with free shipping.

 3. How long does it take to ship?

 Depending on where you live, standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days.  Please be aware that it may take 1–3 business days for processing before your order is sent.

 4. How can I see where my order is?

 After your order has shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

 5. What forms of payment do you take?

 You can pay with PayPal or any major credit card, like Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  All transactions are handled in a safe way.

 6. What are your rules for returns?

 You can send things back within 90 days of getting them.  Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unworn.  Before you send something back, please get in touch with us.

 7. How do I ask for a refund?

 We will process your refund within seven business days of receiving your returned item and checking its condition.  The original payment method will get the refunds.

 8. What should I do if I get a broken or wrong item?

 9. Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

 You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours after you place it.  After that, your order might already be ready to be shipped.

 10. Do you let people trade?

 At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges.  Please send back your item and place a new order if you need a different size or color.
